Time Management requires focus

Concentrating on everything can hinder the mission, focus on the important things.Make a list of what you:

  1. Must Do
  2. Should Do
  3. Nice To Do
  4. Delegate
  5. Eliminate

I’ve done everything from training to attending maintenance meetings and B.U.B.’s (Battle Update Briefs). And one thing remains clear. Time Management is important in every aspect of being a leader.
Create good habits to assist in time management.
